Privacy Policy

Every time a user requests or downloads a file from the web content provided by the Virtual Privacy Office, data about these events will be stored in a log file. This information does not include any personal data. Therefore it is impossible for us to reconstruct which files or pages have been requested by a particular user.

In particular the following data is being stored:

• the name of the file requested,
• the date and time of the request,
• the amount of data transferred,
• the information whether the request was successful.

The IP number of the computer sending the request is not stored. Therefore it is impossible to create user profiles that can be related to certain persons.

All the other data stored will exclusivly be analysed by the Virtual Privacy Office staff for statistical purposes only and not be given to third parties.

This is a cookie-free site. Neither will we use any other user tracking techniques.
